Wylea Griggs

A look inside the WHO and WHY

Do you feel like you have lost yourself? Are you feeling held back by your lingering past and experiencing symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression? Do these thoughts cause you to question yourself, feel stuck, or overwhelmed? Do you want to be “on top of things,” but you are exhausted with all your responsibilities? It feels like you must be perfect:

  • Be the ideal woman.
  • Be the perfect mom.
  • Be an excellent young adult.
  • Be healthy and have a great career.

It’s overwhelming! During all this chaos, you are sure that you are ready for relief. You’re ready to heal, you’re ready to smile again, you’re prepared to enjoy life again, and you’re ready to find a career you love.

My goal is to meet you exactly where you are so that you can grow and heal in the best way for you. Therapy should be a place where you build rapport and confidence with your therapist. My style is warm, accepting, and comfortable.

As an experienced Therapist working with young adults and adult women, you need someone who believes in your ability to succeed and challenges you to get there. It’s time to stop missing out on the life you want and deserve; most importantly, you’re not alone in your journey. Let’s uncover your true self and heal the wounds that have been suppressed and buried. It’s time to break free from the barriers and let go of the pain and judgments that have held you back. This step towards positive change and growth is remarkable and takes courage. I would be honored to help you through this journey.
